I focus on digital trends, business innovations and developing skills for the future.

Our companies develop new skills in hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of people in the Czech Republic and abroad.

I like to run workshops and give presentations on topics related to digitalization, artificial intelligence and new ways of working.

I launched the Digi Challenge - a challenge for teams to explore digi innovations in practice.

and HOT: How to Succeed in a Digital World (Jan Melvil Publishing).

I record the HOTCAST podcast - conversations about technology and skills of the future.
