About
I started in digital skills. At Digiskills, I built an education platform that grew past 100,000 registered users before I sold my stake in 2026. What stayed with me: change never starts with the tool — it starts with the person using it.
That question became the subject of my book, The Future of No Work — not which tools people use, but what work itself becomes once AI takes over the routine.
With Aibility, I brought the question inside companies: an AI-led assessment that shows every employee exactly where AI can help in their own job. Today I run Future AI Leader, a hands-on program for professionals rebuilding how they work with AI, and I write and speak about what one person can build alone when AI does the heavy lifting.
What I'm building now
I believe you can only guide people and companies through an AI transformation if you're building with AI yourself, intensively. My workflow system runs on 130+ AI agents — and the last few dozen projects around AI Predictions were built without me writing a single line of code by hand.
